Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T.A.I.L. from any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Misuse of products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of these Terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infringement of intellectual property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent payment activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Intellectual Property Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All designs, branding, artwork, and content are protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Immediate legal action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injunctive relief<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monetary damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
